Embroidery
Our embroidery department offers the latest in digitising for your satisfaction. We will not sacrifice quality by taking a “shortcut”. The experienced team takes pride in the work they produce and has as their motto, “only the best will do for our customers”.
At Sports Centre all design work is carried out by our highly experienced graphic artists. We have complete in-house facilities to design all of our customers’ requirements. We utilise programs such as Corel and Adobe Creative Suite to meet our customers’ needs.
Screen Printing
A cost-effective method of design application, we can produce almost anything you may imagine. Modern screen printing techniques allow many different applications and effects finishes, such as 3D, Puff, Foiling, Felt or suede are just a few. Our experienced printers can produce virtually anything.
Sublimation
The sublimation process enables almost any design to be produced with a colour and clarity not seen before. This exciting and unlimited process adds a new dimension to sporting apparel. Digital printing and the latest sublimation techniques will enable your club to be the best dressed in your field of endeavour. Using quality polyester fabric which has been “Wick Treated” to draw moisture away from the skin, you are assured of a garment which is cool, comfortable and quick drying.
DIGITAL PRINTING (DTF) & HEAT SEALED TRANSFERS
Digital Printing or DTF (Direct to Film) is another format for the application of logos and badges. An alternative to embroidery and screen printing, this process allows better definition in colour, and the application process is simply by using a heated press to apply. Design is computer-generated artwork using Corel and Adobe.
Heat-sealed transfers are an area which has grown immensely with the advent of “Players’ names” in sport. Soccer, cricket, and rugby are sports which now have player names on their uniforms. This method of identity will continue the upward trend and will increase the work volume in this section.
